Matt Cologna, SIOR, Senior Director began his real estate career in 1997 after graduating from Sacramento State University in 1994 and working in sales and operations management for The Sleep Train for seven years. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt was a consistent top producer with Grubb & Ellis for 15 years. Matt covers a wide range of fields including Landlord and Tenant representation, land assemblage, user and investments sales and consulting. Matt stays involved in the community. He has served as President of the Board of Sierra Child and Family Services, a non-profit geared towards helping abused and at risk children. Additionally, he is past president of the business alumni chapter, a member of the College of Business Advisory Committee, a member of the Presidents Circle and a board member for the Alumni Chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity all at Sacramento State. Bryce MacDonald, a Director with Cushman & Wakefield began his career in commercial real estate in 2004. He concentrates on Landlord and Tenant representation and Owner/User sales in the Sacramento & Stockton markets. He has completed more than 300 sale and lease transactions for industrial and commercial properties. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2011, Bryce was at Grubb & Ellis where he was consistently ranked as one of the 10 top agents in the office. Currently, Bryce is on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Please see the attached resume for more information about Bryce.

David Nicholson is an Associate Director specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial property in the Sacramento area. He represents Landlords and Tenants focusing on Industrial product in the Greater Sacramento Area. David's dedication, work ethic, and experience give him valuable tools necessary in dealing with clients' needs and challenges. After his 3rd year at Cal, he was drafted in the 9th round by the Los Angeles Dodgers and spent four years in the minor leagues reaching as high as the Double-A level. Prior to joining Cushman& Wakefield, David was previously employed by Cornish & Carey Commercial where he was honored with the "Rookie of the Year" award in 2010.
